How it all began …
Ringmasters was created by two business owners in very different places in their professional wedding planning journey who realized the need for a collaborative community for San Diego Wedding Planners and Coordinators. Krista is a seasoned professional with many years of experience and Lily is new to the industry, but both of them recognized that there was nothing that existed in the region dedicated to supporting the collaborative environment, mentorship or education for Wedding Planners and Coordinators.
The first time Krista and Lily met, there was an immediate connection and it didn’t take long for them to share their ambition and desire to create this community together! Ringmasters was born at a rooftop bar in La Jolla and we can’t wait to share all of our amazing ideas and build something amazing with you!

My personal event planning resume extends over 24 years and includes Corporate Galas, Non-Profit Fundraisers, extravagant Private Celebrations and nearly 200 weddings. I took on my first wedding in 2012, and I was fortunate to have an amazing friend and mentor who gave me a great head start in navigating this “circus” and some valuable resources to build my business. I hit the bricks and visited venues, connected with other vendors and attended every Open House, Mixer and Showcase Event I could find in San Diego.

Embarking on my event planning journey a decade ago, I honed my skills orchestrating corporate-wide banquets, summits, conventions and now stepping into the world of weddings. This diverse experience has uniquely equipped me to craft seamless and extraordinary celebrations.
What fuels my passion is the belief that weddings are not just events but cherished chapters in the grand story of two lives intertwining. To be entrusted with the responsibility of crafting these moments is an honor I carry with great pride and joy.
In this dynamic industry, I've come to understand that success isn't just about organizing events; it's about building meaningful connections. Collaborating with talented professionals in the wedding industry has been an invaluable part of my journey. From florists to photographers, every encounter has enriched my understanding and fueled my motivation to push boundaries and explore new horizons.
